Master bedroom near Forsyth Park available!

Available master bedroom (cat for scale)

I’m a 28F SCAD grad who is now working remotely as an instructional designer. My roommate has recently got a new opportunity in a different state, so I’m looking for someone to fill in the master bedroom.

Available master bedroom has:
* Large windows looking out the front of the house from the second floor along with two extra windows on the other wall.
* High ceiling.
* Ceiling fan and light.
* An indoor closet.
* Enough space to easily turn into a half bedroom and half workspace/recreational space!

The shared spaces are the bathroom, hallway, living room, kitchen, indoor staircase outside of the unit’s entrance, and a small porch at the front of the house’s entrance.

My cat is a 16 yo Siberian/Maine Coon named Porsha, who is very sociable with new people!

Preferences:
* I’m more comfortable sharing a unit with another woman.
* No big pets since Porsha doesn’t get along with other cats and dogs, sadly. Small, contained pets are negotiable!
