Private Room in Shared Apartment

Hello! I am currently one of the roommates in our shared apartment off of Habersham in Savannah, GA. There are a total of three women living here, all in their early 20s, a young professional and a SCAD student. We are looking for another woman to move in.

The room available is large, partially furnished, and comes with its own bathroom and balcony (although we all tend to share the balcony). There is an in-house laundry, a shared living room, and a shared kitchen. There is also parking available off the street in a private lot.

This is a pretty open and accepting space. Everyone here is hardworking in their careers but also happy to hang out together, respectful of the shared space, and overall just pretty fantastic to live with.

The room will be available around June 15th as I am moving out early June but will be around for in-person tours. This is a pet-friendly apartment, it just comes with an extra fee if they are not service animals.
