Hey there potential next roommate, I hope you are having a great day so far. I certainly love Savannah it is such a beautiful town. I have lived here since I was 23, I am 33 now. I have owned my house for 6 years and it's a beauty and a gift to Savannah. My address is Linden Drive, Savannah GA 31405. The house is located next to three gas stations, plenty of restaurants, three grocery stores, Savannah Tech, plenty of shopping, and two bus stops all within walking distance and within a few blocks of the house. 2 miles to downtown, 0 miles to Hunter Army Airfield, and off major route corridors to quickly get to Gulf Coast. The house is located on the busiest intersection in Savannah, it's also a billion dollar intersection with the De Renne project the City of Savannah is working on. My house is a cool smart home, it's slick, teched up, lit up, peaceful, clean, and yeah I would hope to see those same kinda attributes in the people that live and enjoy my house too. The rent is $650 dollars a month. I don?t mind if you pay $150 a week. You will need your first weeks rent, last weeks rent and a $150 dollar security deposit so $450 total to move in. The rent includes, gas, electricity, wifi, washer and dryer, Arlo security cameras, pest control, water, YouTube Premium, Google Assistant, and Alexa.
