Rent is month to month with a day notice to vacate. First month $ and security deposit $ due at signing of lease. Rent includes all utilities, wifi, mini fridge with freezer supplied in room but meals to be eaten downstairs, use of washer and dryer, off street parking space on driveway provided. Looking for responsible adult who is clean, quiet, neat and tidy. I have a small dog who has no access to upstairs rental room. She does not tolerate other dogs or cats so no pets allowed. Must have good credit and pass a criminal background check. Tenant agrees to leave room in good clean condition. If not a $ cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit along with monies to cover any damages.
