Room in luxury apartment (15 min from Chattanooga)

Big room, with accordion door closet. Shared bathroom. In unit washer/dryer. 65' in TV in the livingroom with loads of subscriptions. Also an electric heating fireplace, with plenty of throws for movie binge nights. The kitchen is fully loaded with a dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. Granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinets. Loads of closet space throughout the apt. Massive, gas hot water heater. Private balcony facing the woods. Plants everywhere. On the property you will find: a dog park, as well as a community gas firepit with seating. No worries on parking, because you will have 2 spots directly in front of the apt, as well as plenty of extra parking for guests. I cover MOST of the utilities: gas, Wi-fi, water, sewer, trash, pest control, & subscriptions. WE BOTH PAY ELECTRICITY! We can tag team the power costs. It is pay as you go. We are almost in walking distance of downtown Ringgold where you will find loads of your favorite places to eat, little boutiques, & big local events. If you love the outdoors we are close to the community pool, pickle ball courts, and the blueway which has nature trails, and runs along the Chickamauga creek where you will find numerous access points for water activities. The creek also runs right by our place. We are located minutes from the interstate. Chattanooga, TN is 15 minutes away, and Dalton, GA is 15 minutes away in the opposite direction. I am a healthcare worker at a local facility and I work nights. Heavy introvert so I stay in my room mostly, or inner-tubing the creek. I have a 17 yr old son who pops in sometimes. NO cigars, or cigarettes can be smoked inside. You can smoke anything you want on the balcony! Terrific, quiet neighborhood. No crime, no drama. If you have packages outside they will rot into the ground before someone takes them. It's a safe community. My current roommate has been amazing! However he fell in love, & has since moved out to go play house with his woman. Bummer for me, but ecstatic for him, and his new adventure! Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Anything paid past the 3rd day comes with a $200 late fee from property management. You cause it, you pay it. Also in the apartment, you break it you buy it, NO domestic violence, no vandalizing the apartment. Quiet time is 11 (I think). This is a home. I have lived here for 3 leases. I will protect you, your privacy, and your things. Everything will always be safe here. I expect the same courtesy.
