Single Room in 3 bed house in Kingston

Energetic open minded persons who both works and live on site. Neither have a set schedule or quiet hours, We both work when there’s demand. I' m a smoker, outdoors only, I don’t really drink but don’t mind if you do responsibly. I do have a small cat. I' m a homebody mostly but do enjoy having friends over a couple times a month. I' m very very clean and organized and expect roommates and guests to be the same. I' m very respectful, kind, fun person who is supplementing my income, and require that you be open and honest, great communication skills, have your own transportation and job.
