3 Furnished Private Rooms in Bethlehem

Three private, fully furnished bedrooms are available now in an owner-occupied four-bedroom house in Bethlehem, near Loganville Highway. The owner occupies the master suite and has his own private bathroom. Each renter has a private bedroom; the three rental rooms share one separate bathroom.

Room 1 is $950 per month: a furnished 14 x 14 bedroom (about 196 sq. ft.) with navy bedding, bedside storage, a chair, narrow table, ceiling fan/light, curtained window, wood-look flooring and TV.

Room 2 is $950 per month: a separate furnished bedroom with coordinated pink bedding, dark wood headboard, bedside storage, a small stool, narrow table, ceiling fan/light, curtained window and wood-look flooring.

Room 3 is $1,200 per month: a large furnished basement bedroom with a private exterior entrance, king-size poster bed, coordinated nightstands and dresser, carpet, reclining leather seating and storage cabinet.

Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Residents share the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry and other common spaces. Driveway parking is available.

The home is smoke-free and vape-free. No pets, subject to applicable assistance-animal requirements. A $200 security deposit plus the first month’s rent is due before move-in. The minimum stay is one year. References and proof of lawful income or employment are required.
