Professional looking for a roommate in Bethlehem

This 3 bedroom home is located in Bethlehem GA within minutes of 316 and Highway 81, close to multiple grocery stores, shopping, and medical facilities. This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

The room available is 11x11 and can be furnished or unfurnished. Rent is $1100/mo plus half of the power bill. Internet, trash, and water are included.

I work as a professional and am out of town approximately 20-25 days each month. You will have a full bathroom included. I just ask that it stays tidy and clean because this is the hall bath and used by guests. You will essentially have the room and common areas to yourself most of the month to relax and call home.

There is parking available in the driveway. If you happen to have a motorcycle, there is room in the garage. There is some storage space available in the attic and garage shelving as well.

I would prefer someone employed in a professional career field. I occasional smoke outside or enjoy a cigar. Absolutely no drugs allowed anywhere on the property. This will be in the lease agreement and grounds for eviction. I take this very seriously due to my career.
