I have a tenant that needs roomates. The house is divided in half with bedrooms in front and in back. Room for rent will be in front part of the house which has its on dining, living room, bedrooms and full bathroom. House has been updated, painted and shiplaped recently. Front half of house can be accessed directly from front or the back of house. Each bedroom has a solid door with lockable door (key lock). You will be provided a key to house and to your bedroom.

Ample parking, on site washer and dryer . House is close to lake yard and down town. There is tenant in back of house who has support dogs, who don't work well with cats or other dogs. Utilities and furniture are included. Everyone at the house assist with yardwork. Landlord has provided push and riding mowers, blower, weed eater, and etc.
