My home is a place of peace, calm, and healing, so I'm looking for someone who appreciates a drama-free lifestyle... Not a party environment, drugs and alcohol are a HARD NO. (Marijuana is okay, outside only).

The bedroom and bathroom are fully furnished and thoughtfully decorated, making it easy to settle in right away. For a long-term tenant, I'm happy to discuss allowing you to furnish and decorate the space to better reflect your own style and make it feel even more like home.

Please note that I am not able to accommodate additional pets, as I have two dogs who are my babies. They are loving, well-trained companions and an important part of the household. The home is smoke-free, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained living space.
