I’m also an artist and usually have music playing softly throughout the day. I keep a minimalist space and take cleanliness seriously.
I use part of the living room as a workspace/office. I spend a lot of time at home.

Clean up after yourself immediately (kitchen, bathroom, common areas)

Shared spaces must stay tidy most days

Take turns with light cleaning or follow agreed schedule

🤫 Noise & Energy from 11pm to 6am mindful of noise level

Keep noise respectful, you don't have to whisper, just be mindful.

small gatherings are okay no full on parties.

overnight guests only 2nights max

No frequent/random visitors ( these are people you just met, I am not talking about friends )

No bringing strangers into the home
