The home features comfortable shared living spaces, including a spacious living room, bright sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a fenced backyard perfect for relaxing. A garage is available primarily for additional storage.

The other bedroom is occupied by one respectful, easygoing roommate, so we're looking for someone who values a clean, peaceful, and considerate living environment.

Lease Overview

* Monthly Payment: $995 due on the 1st of each month. This all-inclusive payment covers rent, utilities, home security, and applicable property management fees.
* Lease Term: Set Lease Term prior to move-in.
* Security Deposit: $1,990 (equal to two month's rent), due prior to move-in.
* Application Fee: $50 per applicant to cover the application and screening process. This is non-refundable.
* Pets: No pets are permitted at this time. However, we are open to discussing exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
* Shared Living: This is a shared home, so we're looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces and the other occupant.
* Renter's Insurance: Proof of renter's insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the duration of the lease. This is the only cost not included in our monthly flat rate.
* Lease Agreement: All approved applicants will be required to sign a formal lease prior to move-in.
