Looking to share my home with someone quiet that wants a private space to themselves. I have a one year old Aussie that’s a bit crazy but fun. I do work from home in a high tech and stressful position and I’m on calls all day and some nights. This has no impact when in room but a dance party in the common areas during business hours may be an issue. 😂

I love my space but do get out on occasion to have some fun. Love pool and beach days and sunsets on the water. I have a very quiet home with a designated parking space and a big fenced backyard for you to enjoy. Another pup is negotiable but would charge more. I’m hitting a minimalist phase so decluttering is my current project. Clutter gives me anxiety but I will have space available in the garage for storage as well or it can be cleaned enough to fit a smaller vehicle.

Absolutely. NO drama will be tolerated.

A straight shot to the beach in about 10 minutes. Walking paths everywhere. There’s a pool in the development for use. Quiet cul-de-sac backed up to woods.

I’m also gone all summer and I’m considering extending which would give you the house to yourself for many months.

I would love someone who can laugh at themselves, still has a sense of wonder, can be a little goofy, knows how it feels to hustle and work(ed) hard. Integrity is right up there too.
