1 room for rent in 3/2 pool Home

Hi, My name is Ziven… Male… Puerto Rican… I’m looking to Rent 1 unfurnished room out in my House with a screen in Pool and backyard… $ monthly Plus split utilities even … (wifi, electric, water) I live alone at the moment… so it will be just the 2 of us in the House… (I might rent the other bigger room out in the future but not sure yet let’s see how this goes first)… The Bathroom situation is You will only being sharing with (guest) who come over per it is the guest bathroom in the Hallway… (I have my own bathroom in the master) …. You have access to the screened in pool, patio, grill, common areas like kitchen dining room and living room. No couples, Limited to 1 guest over Max, No friends inside the house only in the patio area in the back, No guest overnight, No pets, No smoking in the House, parking in the driveway, I have a washer and dryer you can use… Very chill very clean house. Must work full time… $ move in which is first months rent and $ for last months rent looking to rent in (3 months increments) but looking for long term but it’s a way we can see if we are compatible than we can keep going from there or part ways… up to both of our discretion.
