Mid Century Modern downtown Deland

The house is commonly referred to as Mid Cench, a 1960s John Whitt original mid century modern home. Sitting just a half mile from downtown deland and directly across the street from Stetson University campus, you can’t get a more central location.

The house is equipped with a home gym, large screened in pool, laundry room, tv room, formal living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

There is an upstairs room with a king bed, built in closets and dressers, built in vanity/ desk.
As well as an upstairs room with a queen bed.

The owner of the property has the master but is only in town 20% of the year. A 37 year old personal trainer, fitness guru and skydiving junkie who has settled down and established a family in the Caribbean.

Wayne is another roommate in the house who is in the single bedroom downstairs. He is a very friendly pickleball fanatic who works at the local pickleball courts and packs parachutes at the drop zone.
