4x4 - Relet private room/bath at Eagle Landing

Hello, I am doing a lease relet for my furnished private room and private bathroom in a 4x4 apartment at Eagle Landing in Daytona Beach. Rent is $985/month plus utilities. Move-in is available July 1st, and the lease runs for the 2026-2027 term.
The bedroom includes a king bed, mattress, bed frame, desk, and chair. The bathroom is private and has its own shower. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, shared kitchen, shared living/dining area, and air conditioning.
Eagle Landing is about a 25-minute walk from Embry-Riddle and has a Monday-Friday shuttle service. The complex also has a pool, gym, study rooms, clubhouse, and EV charging.
This would be handled through Eagle Landing’s official reletting process, so the new resident would apply/complete the takeover through the apartment office. Please message me if interested or if you want more information.
