ROOMMATE NEEDED only $200 a month

I, Matty, am a fun-loving, extremely social 70-year-old woman, who loves games and is addicted to TV and movies. I have a great sense of humor and value it in others.

Unfortunately, I have a neuromuscular condition similar to muscular dystrophy. My arms and legs are weak, and I have severe arthritis that makes basic household tasks like cutting food very painful. I live in a wheelchair or scooter but I'm capable of walking short distances.

I consider myself HANDICAPABLE, not handicapped. I need to live with someone who can assist me whenever they have the time, which would probably be about 15 hours a week whenever it's convenient. The big things I need help with is picking things up from the floor and anything that requires fine motor skills because my hands have so much pain in them. I need a lot of help on the computer because of this.

I'm renting the apartment for only $200 to cover some of the utilities, in exchange for a little help. If you care about people and can be flexible, and compromise, we'll probably get along. I'd love to get to know you. I really enjoy young people so anyone of any age could help me physically while I help you financially.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two baths. The complex is only four years old and is gorgeous. I stay in my room for the most part, so the apartment would belong mostly to whoever lives with me. I have no problem with my roommate having guests as long as it's quiet gatherings that I would love to join. It's an amazing opportunity for the right person.
