I’m looking for someone who’s interested in spending this coming season in the Village of Richmond. The home is 1.5 miles to the Brownwood Paddock entrance. The bedrooms are separated by the common area which is a fully furnished kitchen (I am perfectly happy to share my spice cabinet as well🙂), there is countertop space with two chairs, the dining room has a round table with 4 chairs (if you’re interested in entertaining there is a leaf available if more space is needed), and the living room has a 65” tv., comfortable seating with lots of natural light.

I need the resident to be courteous to my working hours. When working, I am up at 5am and home between 7:45 8:30pm.

There will be a baby gate in the kitchen blocking my Yorkie from overstepping in the privacy of the resident space. Keeping it pet free.

There is space in a two car garage for another vehicle and an empty golf garage included.

Utilities of natural gas, electric, internet and water, all included.
