Your room comes fully furnished with wood floors and plenty of natural light — just bring your suitcase. As a bonus, you'll also have a bright patio room with sliding glass doors to the outside: extra flex space for a lounge, office, or whatever you want.

You'll share a bathroom with just one other person — a quiet, respectful female tenant — so female preferred for this room.

The house has a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a comfortable living room, a dining room, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Driveway parking included, plus a backyard.

It's a small, calm household — one of your housemates is a nurse, so the home stays quiet and tidy. Housekeeping included.

Good to know:
• I keep a private bedroom and bathroom for myself and stay for about a week once every six months — that room is never rented. The rest of the time the house is yours; no live-in landlord, no one monitoring utilities or laundry.
• No pets, please (one current tenant has a cat that stays in her room).
