Looking for a roommate for our spare room

My husband and I have a spare room and are looking for a roommate. We don’t have kids but we do have dogs. The room is big and there’s a bathroom right next to it which we just use on and off. There’s a lot of parking space and you’ll have access to the rest of the house but not our other rooms for privacy. There’s a big couch with a TV in the living room and a big kitchen and dinning area. We of course ask that our furniture is treated with care. I work from home so I’m home all day. We only ask for help cleaning up and no drugs. We are both young and are usually playing video games until late. Bills are included but will be up for discussion if two people move in, like a couple. There is also a washer and dryer included along with unlimited fast internet.
