House Info: 3bed/2bath, pool, fenced yard, 2100 under air. All areas of home are accessible except host bedroom and garage. Your own refrigerator on patio just outside of kitchen (inside refrigerator is used for myself only). Laundry Room. I have one sweet female 11 yr old hound mix. Room is furnished with Queen bed, dresser, mirror, book shelf. ANY Personal items: soaps, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, food containers, pillows, linens and towels are NOT PROVIDED and YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. One time cleaning/supplies fee $125. Security 100% refundable w/room returned as received. Clean home. Driveway for vehicle.
NON-SMOKING and NO OTHER PETS: This is a non-smoking home.... No cigarettes, vapors cigs, cigars, pipes, etc. on or near property.
Overnight guest will need to be requested beforehand.
