-About the house-
My dogs and I live in a new HOA gated community near a lovely nature preserve that has a lake. Renting out my spare room and guest bathroom, potential roomie will have use of common areas as well (laundry room, kitchen, fenced backyard, living room, park car right-side of driveway) and help keep shared areas neat/tidy. The house is equipped with ADT security (both inside and outside), RainSoft water system, solar panels, and Wi-Fi! Asking $1300/month, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDING.

-About me-
I’m a female military vet, I work and go to school, then I like coming home and being with my pups to relax. I live a peaceful life, no partying in my house, rarely have guests, rarely drink, don’t smoke, no drugs (I expect the same from the roomie).

-Roommate-(No couples, no children)
1. Must have a job, pay on time
2. Have own transportation
3. Non-Smoker
4. No overnight guests
5. Be courteous and respectful of my home
