I have a 4 bedroom house and am in need of someone to rent my spare bedroom. I have a 4 year old daughter, so female or couple preferred. The use of the entire house is available (kitchen, living, laundry, etc), however, the bathroom has to be shared with my daughter. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented and there is a very large community pool and community center with a gym.
