The house is a new construction, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property. It’s located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood (with a community pool) located just at the intersection between SR 415 and SR 46. The location is convenient – 6 minutes to Publix and gas stations, 8 minutes to Fort Mellon Park (Lake Monroe), 9 minutes to Orlando Sanford International Airport, 16 minutes to Seminole State College.
The available room is furnished with a bed and a table. It’s a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and an attached private bathroom.
The rent is $1,200 a month, utilities included. Utilities include electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and trash pickup.
As a housemate, you'll have access to all common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, private bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, and back porch area.
There are two other tenants at the house who are also working full-time. I’m looking for clean, respectful, and reliable individuals – students and working professionals. No pets, and no smoking please.
