Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to fill this private master bedroom with a private bathroom.

-Laundry room with washer and dryer just outside of master bedroom
-Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors
-Private bathroom with shower
-Close to Downtown Sanford
-Fully equipped kitchen
-1 parking spot is available.
-Community pool

LEASE TERMS:
-Available January 1st, 2026
-Minimum 12 month lease
-1 person occupancy only
-All utilities are split evenly among roommates.
-Lawn care included
-HOA fee included
-A standard criminal, eviction, and credit check will be ran. *Applicants with felonies or serious offenses, evictions, or low credit will not qualify.
-No smoking inside
-Security deposit and 1st month's rent are due prior to move in.

It's my friend and myself living here currently. We are both young professionals who are very considerate and respectful of each other's space, peace, and privacy and are out of the house most of the day. We wake up around 6am and go to bed around 11pm. I would like someone that is also respectful and considerate by cleaning up after themselves in the common areas, does not do drugs, and is responsible.
