- I am currently living there and will mainly occupy the second floor (master bedroom and my office). I will ensure your privacy and space as long as you do the same for me :D
- There is another roommate who is occupying a room.
- 1 month security deposit is needed. This will be returned at the end of your lease (unless you are evicted)
- Smoking and Drugs are prohibited in then house. If you'd like to, please do it outside of the property.
- Guests only allowed if they are brought to my attention beforehand.
- Pets are OK, please let me know first beforehand

Currently 2 males are in the household. I am not looking for anyone specific as a roommate, but please feel free to msg/ contact me if you have concerns or questions about anything in respect to the property, will do my best to respond asap!
