$2,000 Incentive - Private Bed/Bath Near UCF

$2,000 incentive for someone who successfully takes over my lease.
Furnished private bedroom and private bathroom available at Northgate Lakes, directly across from UCF. This is a 4 bed / 4 bath apartment with 3 male UCF student roommates. I’ve known all three roommates since high school and they’re great guys.
Rent is $999/month plus utilities. The lease runs through July 31, 2027, and the room can be occupied once the takeover is approved and finalized by the leasing office.
I never moved into the apartment or picked up the key, so the room has not been occupied by me.
Northgate Lakes has a UCF shuttle and student amenities including a pool, fitness center, study areas and clubhouse.
This is an official re-rent/lease takeover handled directly through Northgate Lakes, not an informal sublease. The $2,000 incentive will be paid after the official re-rent is completed and I am released from the lease.
