You’ll have your own bedroom with a full bathroom, PLUS a furnished bonus room with a desk, reclining couch, TV, and extra closet. Everything is move-in ready—linens, towels, washer/dryer, and cookware are all provided.

Shared spaces include a relaxed, well-kept living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large patio with a fenced backyard. The home is clean, quiet, and easygoing—perfect if you appreciate a calm environment without it feeling strict or uptight. Utilities (including water, electric, and high-speed internet) are included with reasonable use.

Community perks: a sparkling pool, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts.

The location is very convenient—walking or biking distance to gyms, shops, and restaurants, and close to Oviedo on the Park. About 3 miles to UCF, University Commons, The Quadrangle, and Research Park.
