Welcome! Seeking a female to share my home with. If you're looking for a comfortable, private retreat with excellent amenities and a peaceful atmosphere, this monthly rental offers the ideal combination of privacy, convenience, and shared living in a beautifully maintained ranch-style home.

The available private bedroom is located within its own dedicated wing of the home, creating a comfortable sense of separation while still providing easy access to shared living spaces. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, a standard closet, a flat-screen TV, remote-controlled blackout blinds, and a convertible couch that can be used as a twin-size bed, offering additional flexibility for your stay.

Just steps from the bedroom is a dedicated movie and lounge room that extends your living space. Featuring a large sectional sofa, this inviting room is the perfect place to relax, stream your favorite shows, enjoy movie nights, or unwind after a busy day.

Across the hall, you'll find a shared office space with the owner. The office is equipped with a computer, printer, and scanner, and guests can be provided with their own login credentials for convenient access when needed. Also located within your wing of the home is the private bathroom, situated directly across from the bedroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a large single vanity, and a toilet.

Adding to the privacy and convenience of the space is a private entrance that leads directly from the pool area to your side of the home and connects straight to the bathroom, allowing easy access without passing through the main living areas.

The home is shared with me, the owner, who resides at the opposite end of the ranch-style layout. I have a very friendly large dog (Great Pyrenese/Anatolian Shephard mix). Shared common areas include the fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. The modern kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, center island with seating for four, and all the cookware, dishes, and essentials needed for everyday living. The dining area features a comfortable table that seats up to eight people, making it ideal for meals, work, or gathering with friends.

The living room offers a warm, welcoming space with a three-seat sofa and two additional armchairs. On the opposite side of the living room, you'll also have access to a fully equipped gym for your fitness needs.

Step outside and enjoy a true backyard retreat. The pool and patio area offer plenty of space to relax, while the outdoor kitchen includes a grill and mini refrigerator for convenient outdoor dining and entertaining. The screened porch overlooks the pool and features a dining table with seating for six, a comfortable sectional sofa, and two outdoor fireplaces, creating an inviting setting to enjoy Florida's beautiful weather. The fully fenced backyard adds both privacy and charm, creating a peaceful, modern outdoor environment.

Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and driveway parking are all included in the monthly rental rate. The home is non-smoking and situated in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood known for its peaceful surroundings.

Conveniently located, the property is within 10 minutes of Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital, AdventHealth Lake Mary ER, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other daily essentials. AdventHealth Altamonte Springs is approximately 15 minutes away. You'll also enjoy easy access to I-4 Express, SunRail Lake Mary Station (10 minutes), Downtown Orlando (20-25 minutes), nearby trail systems connecting to State Road 429, Orlando International Airport (35-40 minutes), and Sanford International Airport (20 minutes).
