We are renting out a spacious, private 3rd bedroom in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at MAA Town Park in Lake Mary, FL.

The apartment features stunning lakeside views and premium community amenities.

​Price: $800/month
​Included: Electricity, Water, High-Speed Wi-Fi

​Lease Term: Immediate move-in through March 29th, 2027 (will accept 6 month lease though)

​Spacious room with a large walk-in closet.

​Features a lovely lakeside view right from the apartment.

​Can come furnished with a twin bed and box spring if needed (or we can clear it out for your own furniture).

​Includes an optional mini-fridge for your room if you'd like it!

​Dedicated pantry/storage space: Includes a plastic shelving unit you can use in our storage closet or move directly into your room.

​The 2nd bathroom is shared, but it is kept very clean and meticulously maintained.

​Gated community (gate code and pass provided upon move-in).

​Beautiful resort-style pool with a Zen garden, plenty of tanning lounge seating, and grilling areas.

We are a Telugu/English family of five.

We maintain a warm, respectful, and family-friendly environment.

To keep our home peaceful, we look for a roommate who fits the following:
​No pets allowed.

​Quiet Hours: No loud music or TV past 11:00 PM.

​No parties, but guests are absolutely fine! (Please note: The leasing office limits pool guests to 2 per resident).
