All utilities are included, you’d be paying $1100 a month. It’s a beautiful little neighborhood, there’s a clubhouse with a pool, tennis and basketball court, playground, lake, and gym. The house is fully furnished except for your room. Me and my current roommate are both quiet and respectful. There’s also a 2 car garage with a washer and drier and parking is not an issue.

Rentals insurance is required but that’s only like $150 a year. An insurance deposit is also required, it’s $1100, but that makes it so you don’t have to pay at all the last month you’re here, whenever that is.
