It has its own access, kitchen and bathroom.

Approximately 375 sq feet.
Electric, Water and Internet are all included.
Available as fully furnished or partly furnished.
When looking out the windows you can see the lake across the street.
Lake Mills county park is only 1/4 of a mile down the road. (easy, short walk.)
Chuluota grocery is 3/4 of a mile away (They have great chillers and milk shakes)
Publix is about 1.5 miles away.
