Urban Farm and Lakefront

Hello everyone! Looking to find some roommates for my 4 bedroom house in Altamonte Springs. The price of $950/ month will include all the utilities (water, electricity, internet, garbage). You will have your own private bathroom. The house is 3,400 Sqft on an acre and a half and on a lake. There is a washer /dryer on the property. Shared living spaces like the kitchen and living room, as well as the Sun Room which I have converted into a yoga room. The house is located in Altamonte Springs, not far from Lake Brantley Highschool and only about 10 minutes from Wekiva Springs. Also only about a mile away from the Wekiva-Seminole Trail if you're into cycling.

I've never had any roommates before but I would prefer to find someone who is interested in gardening. I have been slowly turning the property into a food forest over the past six years so you can have your own garden plot and grow your own food, or just help with all the fruit trees and everything that's already growing. I also have a collection of paddleboards and have direct access to the lake with a dock and everything. Let me know if you have any questions!
