Room is unfurnished and the stuff in the closet will be cleared out before you move in!

My boyfriend and I are in our early 20s, we’ve been together for 3 years and are very laid back. Looking for a roommate similar in age, but we are happy to welcome anyone in. Looking for someone clean and comfortable with splitting chores and taking care of their own things. Also would appreciate honest and open communication so there are no issues. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly!
You must complete an interview after you view the room and then an application with the landlord prior to moving in, as you have to be added to the lease! (Application fee is $75 last we checked.)
