Rommate Needed For Apartment in Altamonte

Hello! My name is Caio, I’m 28, Brazilian, and dad to a 3 year old daughter.

I’ve been renting at Godelm at Charter Pointe for almost two years now and had nearly zero problems with the apartment. My current roommate is about to move out and I have until the 23rd to get someone to replace him or figure out where to move next. I’d like to keep renting this place so I figured I’d give this a chance. My roommate is leaving around February, but the decision needs to be made by the 23rd of December (60 day notice).

I take care of my daughter every weekend, so she’s around between Friday 7:30pm until Mondays 8:00am. She’s generally very well behaved and quiet. The living room space is being used for her toys and crib, since my room isn’t large enough. She can sleep around nearly any amount of noise so the place can be used normally while she’s sleeping in the crib during weekends.

Besides that I’m very quiet, clean, don’t really have anyone over, work for a large chunk of the day, and keep to myself.

You’d be moving into the master bedroom, it has a private bathroom, walk in closet, and it’s pretty spacious. The apartment has washer/dryer hook ups but I don’t own one, there are two cheap laundry facilities in the community. Water is included in rent. WiFi is about $25/m cause I cover the rest, we have 3g Fiber, and electricity ranges around $90 winter and $200 summer. The location is amazing and smacked in the middle of Orlando, pretty much 30min max from most places and 5min from groceries or other general errands.
