Looking for a responsible roommate in their 50s to 60s to share a beautiful 2-bedroom condo in a gated community.
You'll have:
• Private bedroom
• Private bathroom
• Hallway closet for your use
• Full access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, and inside laundry
The condo is conveniently located close to I-4, Altamonte Mall, and Cranes Roost Park, with great community amenities.
Just bring:
• Your clothes
• TV and/or computer for your room (if desired)
Requirements:
• Non-smoker
• No pets
• Provide your own food and laundry supplies
• Prefer someone who works daytime hours (not overnight or rotating shifts)
• Two references required:
o One employer reference
o One personal reference
