Shared house - looking for golden girls

I am a single woman living in a four bedroom home with a pool and a lovely neighborhood. I currently have no tenants. I have two rooms. I’d like to rent out as soon as possible. I’m a musician, singer Guitarist and perform professionally and retired from full-time Corporate career. Looking for a peaceful household, a shared partnership in the house responsibilities of the house and somebody that just likes to have fun cook together eat together help clean up together. It doesn’t have a lot of drama. I’m open to long-term or short-term rental. I have an active lifestyle outside of the home. No overnight guests. Background check applies
