Room for Rent

Good day!

I am listing the second bedroom in my 2/1 home in North Sarasota for rent. (Listing is for 1 person. No couples or families, sorry.)

Available September 1st.

Located in a friendly neighborhood that has some nice older trees. Close to downtown.

The house is newly renovated and has an open-cottagey feel.

Your bedroom is 12'x12' with two windows and a closet.

I am looking for a kind and clean roommate.

I have one dog, named Piper. She stays home while I'm at work. She is sweet, but likes her personal space.
No other dogs allowed. If you have another pet, I'd be open to discussing!

I am a personal gardener/landscaper so work daytime Monday-Friday. I love to garden.

The front yard is sunny with a picnic table, and the back yard has a huge towering oak for shade. There is a nice sized screened-in back porch as well.

Washer and dryer in home. Kitchen, living room, and small dining room. Shared bathroom.

If you enjoy heavy drinking of drug use, this is not for you.

I ask for first, last, and $400 deposit for move-in.
