Reduced Rent in Exchange for House Sitting

REDUCED RENT IN EXCHANGE FOR HOUSE SITTING NICE PLACE NEAR SIESTA KEY w WiFi & UTILITIES INCLUDED:
-Obviously rent prices are extremely high currently, & I’m saving money to purchase a nice home in the next two or three years, so let’s help each other out! I am willing to let the right person live in this large, spacious one bedroom high rise apartment (walking distance from Siesta Key) w/ me for a very good price, if you can take extremely good care of the place, be responsible w/ it & water plants when I am gone on trips, fairly often.
***YOU may have the master bedroom, because there is a comfy fouton for me in the commons area & on the lanai, plus I often crash at my gf’s house anyway.***
-This awesome top floor high-rise apartment (w elevator)is in a beautiful convenient location very close to Siesta Key. You could even live there without a vehicle, because it is walking distance from hundreds of bars restaurants & Publix.
-Straight single male, former NCAA gymnast, active with Pilates, hot yoga, jet skiing, fishing, beach jeep rides & cocktails at Siesta Key. I enjoy good Tequila and will only live with someone who is like-minded, enjoyable to hang out with and a good fit personality wise.
-I travel some to the Carolinas where we have a second home, so willing to let the right person live in the apt. for an extremely good price, if you will simply take care of the place & water the plants when I am out of town.
-Wi-Fi and all utilities are included
