You will have full access to the heated pool and hot tub, private entrance and access to all common areas including the kitchen, laundry and living room areas. Close to major shopping areas. The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if needed. Utilities are included in rent.

The home is owner occupied (myself, male - hybrid consultant work) with one other male roommate (Male - Dance Instructor). I have 2 dogs and a cat, all friendly... pets are negotiable depending on what they are. My living space is on the opposite side of the house.

6 month minimum lease. First, Last & Security Deposit is preferred to move you in, but negotiable with good rental history, income verification etc. Utilities are included, pool and hot tub heating propane to be discussed.
