Small but nice room centrally located in Sarasota

I moved to Sarasota from Hawaii 7 years ago and bought a nice home in Pinecraft. I have two extra rooms on one side of the house that I rent out. There is a shared updated CLEAN bathroom. The house is clean and nicely furnished with pool and extensive veggie/flower garden. Lots of parking on the street. Legacy trail and pickle ball courts are across the street from me. I also have new hurricane windows which help insulate weather and sound. I'm on a dead end, so very little traffic. It is located 3 miles from downtown, between Fruitville and Bahia Vista. Tuttle is about 3 blocks west. The room is small with full size bed, small fridge and microwave. Wifi and utilities are included as long as you are thoughtful about lights, air conditioning, laundry, etc. You are welcome to use my kitchen if you want to heat something or do "light cooking" occasionally. I have a small business as a private "Keto" chef that I operate out of my kitchen, and a candy business in December so I occupy a lot of the time there. I'm looking only for a person who has a full-time job, drives a CAR and has multiple references, including previous landlord and current employer. First and last month, and $200. cleaning/damage deposit, no pets. If we choose each other, I will run a background check. I am looking for long-term tenants but prefer to do month to month in case for some reason it's not a happy arrangement but always a 30 day notice betweenn us.

I'm fun, and outgoing, a natural foods Keto Chef so I'll probably try to pawn food off on you , lol...I'm easy to talk to and communicate with!
