Bungalow cottage 3 miles from Siesta Key Beach. The area is wonderful for biking if you enjoy as the Legacy trail is very close and there are great places to go and see from the trail. I am also close to Myakka River State Park 8 miles from house and Oscar Scherer State Park being only 6 miles. That park is accessible from the Legacy trail and from the house. Gulf Gate Village is a stones throw away which has an eclectic mix of over 150 small businesses. Great cuisine from all over the world you'll find here along with gift and thrift shops, coffee shops, fitness centers and bakeries. There really is something for everyone and it's also walking distance or bike riding distance to the village from the house. Great location there is so much to see and do without going far. Downtown is a 15 min drive depending on season of course. *Move in date earliest July 1
