North Port Room for rent - 800

Looking for a roommate in North Port, FL. The house is about 2000 sq ft and the room itself is about 12x10ft. There is a queen bed and Tv already in the room and i do have some minor furnishings if need be, i can also remove any furnishings you don't want in the room. The rent is 800 and that includes all utilities, we can discuss first, last and security, but I'd be willing to work with you on those as well. Lastly, no pets pls. More specifically no predator animals, as we have a pet rabbit in our room and something happened in the past to one of our rabbits due to a roommates pet and we don't wanna relive that

Its just Me and my fiancé in the home at the moment. She is disabled and i travel for work fairly often, so she would prefer a female roommate as she doesn't want to be stuck at home alone with a strange man.
