Hello there, I am currently offering a room for rent in North Port, FL. I am located about 30 min from Sarasota and am in an ideal and blossoming area with a variety stores and restaurants less than a mile away, Easy access to I-75 less than 3 miles away. I have just over an acre of property ensuring your privacy, peace, and comfort. The house is 1378 sq. ft. (3 bed/2 bath) making it rather large with plenty of room. All maintenance is included (yard / water / A/C / Electrical, Structural) so you that don't have to worry about costly repairs or setbacks. I am looking for a tenant with clean credit (650+) who would be willing to undergo a background check and sign an official lease agreement for a minimum of at least 1 year. I currently only have 1 other tenant and plan on keeping only 2 total (if you are a couple and you are okay with splitting one room, we can talk about it).
