Move in costs:

The $900 security deposit will be returned at move-out , provided there is no damage to the room, bathroom, or other areas caused by the tenant, and all rental terms have been followed.

*Must be comfortable living with a friendly dog and cat.
*Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and keeping the common areas they use clean and tidy.
*Respectful, quiet household-consideration for others is important.
*Parking available ( driveway in front of house )
*No smoking or vaping inside the home.
*Laundry available in home
*Guest - No overnight guest (boyfriends)

* Month-to-month/ minimum lease term - ( if a lease of longer than month -to-month is in place you are to give a 30 day advance notice of departure.
