It's a 2bd 1bth trailer on a private lot.
The bedrooms are on each end of the trailer. With bathroom kitchen living room between the two bedrooms. There's a shed in the backyard. That comes with the room it's empty so it's just for their stuff but they have to bring their own lock for it. I am 48 years old I am widowed and I have a small Pomeranian dog that loves everybody.
