Hi! I'm a divorced father who is currently a Doctoral student. My 7 year old daughter resides in the home with me three full weekends per month in addition to certain holidays so I go to great lengths to make sure the home feels safe, loving and peaceful.

The home is newly built and in a new/ nice neighborhood. The room has a scenic nature view outside of the windows and has a walk-in closet. Female tenant preferred because of my daughter. Tenant would have access to laundry room, kitchen and driveway. We don't have any pets.

I'm currently a Doctoral degree student and temporary changes in my situation have prompted me to rent the room out.
