Homeowner seeks 1 roommate to share 3 bedroom 2 bath new home in polk city. 3 minutes from I4 and 7 minutes from publix. Roommate will have 2 bedrooms and a private bath that is all newly furnished. Its a apartment within a home. Roommate will have a living room , bedroom and bathroom arraignment within a 3/2 home that is a split floor plan design .All utilities and internet are included. This is a month to month lease for 800.00 per month with 500.00 security deposit which is refunded when leaving. Proof of income is required along with rental references. Smoking is permitted outside and a small dog would be considered. Accommodations are for only 1 person and over 55.
This is not like other roommate deals since there is only the owner and the roommate and no other parties. Private bathroom, bedroom and living room, Won't last long.
