This house/apartment is located in northern Lakeland with a quiet, serene, outdoor country setting, but still 5 miles from Interstate 4 (I4), and other major county roads and highways. This bedroom share is available starting 11/15/25 for $750 monthly and that includes all utilities (like: electric, Wi-Fi, Internet, TV/video steaming, water, sewer, trash, A/C, etc.). Also furnished with 50 inch Smart Roku TV’s in all bedrooms and the living room.
