Lovely Home Located in Lakeland FL between Tampa O

I own a beautiful home, in a very safe community. Age restricted. It is a two bedroom, two bath private laundry unit. You will have your own private room and bathroom! We are centrally located to everything in central florida. Also a lot of local entertainment shopping and dining.

You will have to pass a background. Check to enter my community. Preferably no one with any pets. I do have a lovely small dog that doesn't like other dogs. A cat could be okay.

I'm friendly. Outgoing an enjoy living life to the fullest. I'm a schoolteacher and apart time seller on reselling platforms. I love great activities around Florida from the beach and I. Also go to the parks a lot IE Disney ect. The cost of living has gotten expensive and I live here away from my family in ohio. Would love to find not only a roommate but a new friend to do activities with. First we will talk. Then we will meet in a public place to see if we are a good match!

No couples. No long term or overnight guests. I prefer someone who is still working professional, but if you are a professional retiree, that's also fine.

Our community is lots of fun with many activities. A pool, a workout area, a private library. Many great residents that all look out for each other.
